Q: How do I know my size?
A: Dickies being an American brand has sizing which tends to run larger than Australian sizing. Many of our customers tell us that they need to go down a size. When comparing your measurements against the size chart we recommend that if you are on the low side of the size range to go down a size. If you are in the middle to high side of the size range stick with that size. If in doubt go down a size.
Dickies Womens scrubs have two size charts, Classic Missy Fit which is a comfortable women's cut allowing for curves and Original Junior fit which is shorter and narrower for a more form fitting feel. The correct size chart will be displayed at the product level. WonderWink scrubs are more true try to size but please use a tape to measure yourself
WonderWink Women's scrubs fit true to the size guide. WonderWink Men's scrubs have a large roomy fit. Unless you are tall and broad we recommend going down a size for WonderWink Men's fit scrubs.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard & Paypal and also direct bank transfer if you contact us directly. Bank transfers can delay the shipment of your items as we wait until the payment has been received into our bank account before shipping.
Q: Do you offer group purchase prices or wholesale discounts?

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We have flat rate shipping of only $12.95 and free shipping for online orders over $200. There are no hidden charges so you will know exactly what you are paying for shipping when you get to the checkout page. Express shipping is available - we use Australia Post for express post service for this so as long as you are in the Australia post express post network their shipping times apply. We are based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD so take this into consideration for your shipping times.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes
A: Yes we now ship to PO BOXES and Parcel lockers. We also use use couriers to get your scrubs to you as fast as possible. To ensure you get your orders as soon as possible you should give us an address where there is someone to collect your scrubs for you, i.e. a business address or if you work at a hospital give the name of department receptionist / secretary so the courier can leave it with them.
*Please give your Authority to Leave the package on your doorstep or other secure location if possible.
Q: Do you ship to overseas addresses?
A: We can ship to overseas addresses but you will have to contact us directly for us to calculate the shipping costs. We will require photo ID and proof of address for overseas orders and no credit card payments
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Shipping times depend on the product purchased:
- In stock items ship within 1-2 business days.
- Items that are not in stock take around 3 weeks to come from our supplier.
- Items that require embroidery – Allow 5-7 business days.
- Items that are not in stock and need embroidery take 3 weeks + 5-7 business days
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: The time it takes to receive your order is based on the the above shipping terms and also your location, metropolitan areas will receive their orders faster than regional. As a guide metropolitan east coast shipments allow 2-3 business days and regional and west coast shipments allow up to 5-8 business days from shipping date. You will receive an email with tracking information from the courier once item has shipped from our warehouse. We also offer Australia wide express delivery for a few extra dollars. So if you need your order fast choose express post. Express post only ensures the fastest possible shipping and will not speed up processing or embroidery times.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Temando with your consignment ID and tracking information. There is a link at the bottom of the email which will take you to Temando’s tracking page. For the most up to date tracking information you may wish to use the courier companies own tracking system.
