Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns/ exchanges on garments which have faulty manufacturing. Exchanges for different styles or sizes can be made if the garment has tags still attached and is in the original plastic packaging. The scrubs must be in new condition i.e. not been altered, damaged, worn, soiled or laundered.

The purchaser must pay the return postage. We usually ask that the original goods be returned to us along with a self addressed, prepaid mail satchel and has written instructions stating what is to be exchanged.

***Scrubs with embroidery can not be exchanged or refunded***

So please choose carefully.

Claims for refunds or returns will only be processed within fourteen days of invoice date. Claims made after fourteen days are at the sole discretion of Infectious Clothing Company P/L. All returns incur regular postage charges at the expense of the purchaser. All returns must have a copy of the invoice issued. All returns are to be sent to our Sydney office at the expense of the buyer, non refundable. A restocking fee of 20% of the sale price applies for refunds.  In the event that the product is faulty or has a manufacturing error, replacement shipping and handling charges will not apply. 

Garments from the following categories can't not be refunded or exchanged.

  • Cheap Scrubs Sets
  • Dickies Clearance Scrubs

***Clearance items are not able to be returned or exchanged***

So please choose carefully.


 

Special Orders

We carry a select range of Dickies Medical Scrubs in a select range of colours.  There are many more styles and colours of scrubs available that you may have seen in a brochure or website and we are happy to order them for you but this will be considered a special order.  Special orders do not have a surcharge but they can not be returned or exchanged.

If you require a special order you take full responsibility for what you order so make sure that you have the right style, colour and size before ordering.


 


International orders

While we can ship orders internationally due to an increased risk of fraud we process all international orders manually.  For all international orders we will ask for the  following

  • scanned drivers license, front and back showing the shipping address
  • scanned credit card front and back

This may seem excessive but it's the only way that we can protect ourselves from purchases made from stolen credit cards, so we thank you for your understanding!
