To our Valued Customers,
As you will be aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has continued to spread to multiple countries around the world. Infectious Clothing understands that you may have concerns around the impact that this could potentially have on the supply of your uniforms.
Infectious Clothing continues to trade, especially at a time when many of our customers are on the front line of Health Care dealing directly with the current crisis and we want to ensure that you have access to uniforms as you need them.
We are currently holding high levels of stock in core ranges and have deliveries currently in transit. At this stage, we believe that we can maintain a constant supply but ask you to be patient as there could be interruptions or delays when it comes to receiving your orders.
Our main priority is keeping our team and clients safe and reducing the spread in the community. We have been staying abreast of all announcements and updates from WHO and QLD Health and have implemented all suggested measures in our workspace including extra cleaning and talking to the team about correct handwashing / sanitising as well as respiratory etiquette.
For the foreseeable future, we will be closing our retail store but can help you online or over the phone. We will also ship all packages from now on, and there will not be a collection option until we re-open the retail space.
There is also the chance that embroidery may be delayed in the coming days we will keep you updated if this occurs.
We would like to take this chance to thank all of the amazing healthcare workers on the front line of this crisis – real heroes don’t wear capes – they wear scrubs.
Let’s look out for one another at this time, check-in with your fellow teammates and see how they are doing.
