In stock items that do not require embroidery are normally shipped within 24-48 hours.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your items are out of stock we will tell you at the time of ordering. You may like to choose another style or colour or keep your order as a backorder.  For backorders our supplier will give you an estimated date of when they will be available again.  Typically out of stock items take 3-4 weeks to come from our suppliers.

EMBROIDERY

In stock items that need embroidery take 5-7 business days to fill.  Embroidery is out sourced and this is the time it takes to send out, process and receive finished garments.

STOCK PRE-EMBROIDERED SCRUBS

Our stock scrubs which are pre-embroidered also ship within 24-48 hours. See our hospitals page for these. If you require your uniforms quickly you can choose express post as an option for your shipping. Express post will only speed up the delivery time not the time taken to get embroidery done.
