Hospital & Clinic Logo Embroidery on Scrubs

Your hospital or clinic logo is most likely already in our database — ready to add to your order today. Infectious holds thousands of pre-digitised healthcare logos on file, covering major public hospitals, health networks, private clinics, dental practices, aged care groups, vet clinics and university health faculties across Australia.

Browse the logo collection below, add your logo directly to your scrub order, and our in-house embroidery team handles the rest — no emails, no back-and-forth, no delays. If your logo isn't in the collection yet, you can upload it on the customise page and we'll digitise it for you.

Why Pre-Digitised Logos Mean a Better Result

Embroidery digitisation is the process of converting a logo into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. It's not automatic — a skilled digitiser maps every element of the design to the right stitch type, direction and density. Do it wrong and fine detail is lost, colours bleed, or the logo puckers the fabric.

When you choose a logo from our database, that work is already done. Each logo in our collection has been professionally digitised, test-stitched, and approved for reproduction. What you see in the thumbnail is what you get on the garment — consistently, across every order, every time.

✔ No setup delays Your logo is ready to embroider immediately — no digitisation wait, no proof approval round, faster dispatch.
✔ Proven results Every logo in the database has been test-stitched and quality-checked. No surprises on delivery.
✔ Consistent across reorders The same digitised file is used every time — your logo looks identical on every garment, for every staff member, on every order.
✔ Major hospitals covered NSW Health, Queensland Health, Alfred Health, St Vincent's, Sunshine Coast Health, ACEM and hundreds more — browse below.
✔ Private clinics and networks GP groups, dental chains, vet clinic networks, aged care providers and beauty franchises — if you've ordered before, your logo is likely already here.
✔ Can't find yours? Upload it New logos are digitised by our team and added to the database — available for your team's future reorders immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my hospital or clinic logo already in the database?

We hold thousands of pre-digitised logos covering major public hospitals, state health networks, private clinics, universities, dental chains, vet groups and aged care providers across Australia. Browse the collection above or use the search function on the product customiser to check. If your logo isn't there, upload it here and we'll digitise it.

How do I add a logo to my scrub order?

On any scrub product page, click the "Customise Item" button above Add to Cart. Select Logo, search for your hospital or clinic name, choose your placement position, and add to cart. The embroidery is handled in-house at our Sunshine Coast facility.

How long does embroidery take?

For logos already in our database, the standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after order confirmation. For new logos being digitised for the first time, add 1–2 days for the digitisation and proof process. Repeat orders using a logo already on file are the fastest.

Can I add both a logo and my name to the same garment?

Yes — the standard configuration is logo on the left chest and name/designation on the right chest. Up to three embroidery positions are available on most garments. Both can be added via the product customiser at the time of ordering.

Can I return embroidered scrubs?

Embroidered garments are customised and are non-returnable unless faulty. We strongly recommend confirming your size before placing an embroidered order. Our team is happy to advise on fit — call 1300 661 475 or visit our Kunda Park showroom.

Which garments can be embroidered with a logo?

Logos can be added to scrub tops, lab coats, winter vests, fleece jackets, and scrub caps. Lab coats with contrasting thread (navy or black on white) are particularly popular for medical and dental practices. Contact us about embroidery on specific garment styles.
