How do I know my size?
To find your size, each product has a corresponding size chart on its detail page. Simply click the "Size Chart Guide" link located just above the size options.
For the perfect fit, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements against the size chart.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and AfterPay. You can also pay via direct bank deposit, but please note that this may delay shipment as we wait for the payment to clear before dispatching your order.

What are your shipping costs?
Our standard shipping cost is $12.95. Spend over $250, and you'll receive free standard shipping. Express shipping is available for a small surcharge, using Australia Post's Express Post service. Shipping times depend on your location within the Australia Post Express Post network. We're based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, so please consider this when estimating your delivery time. There are no hidden charges—your total shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We also use couriers to ensure you receive your scrubs as quickly as possible. For the fastest delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone can accept the package, such as a business address or the name of the department receptionist/secretary if you work at a hospital. If possible, please provide Authority to Leave the package on your doorstep or another secure location.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Our store and warehouse location is 19/24 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park, Sunshine Coast, Australia Shipping times depend on the product purchased: In stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Items that are not in stock take around 4 weeks to come from our US suppliers. Items that require embroidery – Allow 5-10 business days. Items that are not in stock and need embroidery take 4 weeks + 5-10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your consignment ID and tracking information. If you need help tracking your order call us on 1300 661 475 and we can do it for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order is based on the above shipping terms and also your location, metropolitan areas will receive their orders faster than regional. As a guide metropolitan east coast shipments allow 2-3 business days, regional areas 4-6 business days and west coast shipments allow up to 7-10 business days from shipping date. You will receive an email with tracking information from the courier once the item has shipped from our warehouse. We also offer Australia wide express delivery for a few extra dollars. So if you need your order fast choose express post. Express post only ensures the fastest possible shipping and will not speed up processing or embroidery times.
