A lot of "unisex" scrubs are really women's patterns cut bigger, which leaves them tight across the shoulders and short in the body. The men's scrubs in this collection are cut with broader shoulders, a longer top length and a straighter waist, so they sit properly when you're lifting, bending or leaning over a bed or treatment table.

Finding the right fit
- Tall men's scrub pants add extra inseam length. Look for a "T" at the end of the style code, for example 81006T, 5355T, WW140T or DK224T.
- Bigger sizes go up to 5XL in most core ranges. See all plus size scrubs.
- Zip fly or drawstring? Zip-fly pants look more like trousers and sit better with a tucked top. Drawstring and elastic waists are easier to adjust through a long shift.
- Cargo or jogger? Cargo pants carry more (scissors, pens, phone). Joggers have a cuffed ankle that stays out of the way.
