About the Conference — and Why It Mattered to Us Specifically
The Emergency Care Collective Conference brought together emergency medicine professionals, nurses, paramedics and healthcare teams from across Australia, with a focus on collaboration, innovation and professional development for teams working in high-pressure environments.
This event carried a bit more weight for us than a typical industry conference. WISE Emergency Clinics — one of the major sponsors of the event — is also a facility we've supplied uniforms to directly, and the conference itself was put together by WISE's director in a separate capacity. It meant a genuinely large share of the clinicians walking the floor were people we already knew through existing uniform relationships, not a room of strangers we were meeting cold.
